When you're comfortable with the basic techniques, Level 1 gives you the perfect, natural progression to the next level.
Here you’ll learn to expand your knowledge of weapon disarms and 2-man energy drills. As you reach this level, the weapon begins to feel like an extension of your own body and certain reactions are becoming more and more instinctive. Your feet are finally learning to move on their own. And training with double sticks begins. Training at level 1 gives you a very strong foundation to prepare you for level 2.
